WAIVER
We require a signed waiver from all participants prior to any
trips or rentals. Please click on the link above to download
a copy of this waiver. Once completely filled out, it
may be faxed, mailed, or hand delivered at the time of the trip.
One completed form for each paddler with a parent/guardian signature
as necessary.
No waiver, no paddle, sorry!
